Is Utiva Yeast Control safe?

Utiva Yeast Control is formulated with 600 mg of boric acid – a natural, non-toxic ingredient when used vaginally. It is important to not take this product orally. Call the Poison Control Center immediately if accidental ingestion occurs.

Are there possible side effects from using Utiva Yeast Control?

The product may cause some stinging or burning if used during yeast infections or when there are small cracks in the vaginal tissue..

Can Utiva Yeast Control be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Boric acid should not be taken if your patient is pregnant or nursing. If a patient gets pregnant while using this product, they must discontinue use immediately.
