Elemental Iron (Ferric Pyrophosphate) - 21 mg
Folate (Folic Acid) - 390 mcg
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) - 1.75 mcg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) - 1 mg
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) - 70 mg
Vitamin D (Ergocalciferol) - 400 IU

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Lecithin, Maltodextrin, Silicon dioxide, Citric acid, d-Sorbitol, Flavour, Sucralose.

Adults: Take one sachet per day with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by your physician.
