Ferosom Forte Sachets are made with 21 mg of elemental iron and Vitamin C, D, B6, B12, and Folic Acid for extra nutrients.

Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 capsule)

Elemental Iron (Ferric Pyrophosphate) - 21 mg
Folate (Folic Acid) - 390 mcg
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) - 1.75 mcg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) - 1 mg
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) - 70 mg
Vitamin D (Ergocalciferol) - 400 IU

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Lecithin, Maltodextrin, Silicon dioxide, Citric acid, d-Sorbitol, Flavour, Sucralose.

Adults: Take one capsule per day with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by your physician.

Warning:
Keep out of the reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Taking a daily prenatal multi-vitamin mineral
supplement along with this product may result in constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting due to the high intake of iron. Stop use if
hypersensitivity occurs.

Ferric Pyrophosphate: Iron must be in ferric form to bind to transferrin for transportation in the blood.
LCE^TM Coat: Lecithin emulsifier coat that protects the liposome from gastric environment.
Phospholipid Bilayer: Hydrophilic head and hydrophobic tail creates liposome structure around the iron for absorption as ferric.

In a pilot study, oral sucrosomial iron was shown to have similar absorption as IV iron.
